APU’s Educational Psychology, M.A.Ed., and School Psychology, Ed.S., with embedded School Psychology Credential program prepares school psychologists to serve the mental, emotional, and academic needs of youth within educational and clinical contexts. The program combines two degrees, the master’s and educational specialist, with the Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology.

Empower the whole student

This NASP-accredited program equips graduates to effectively assess students of all cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and learning abilities. Students in the third year of the program may integrate a specialization that increases their marketability after graduation. These concentrations are only offered through the Azusa campus in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or Clinical and Educationally Related Mental Health Counseling.
