Graduates of the Educational and Clinical Counseling, M.A.Ed., and embedded School Counseling Credential program are equipped with a thorough understanding of the educational and mental health issues facing students and their families today. Taught from a distinctly Christian worldview, this program combines a master’s degree with the Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling to meet California state licensure requirements for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC).

Comprehensive counseling preparation

The program is an effective launchpad for students pursuing career paths as professional counselors in educational or clinical settings. Graduates are positioned to empower students and families as they navigate the mental health issues that impact personal and academic growth.
