For educators with a desire to have an impact as a leader in an administrative role, this credential program prepares candidates to serve in a variety of educational settings. Candidates who already hold a master’s degree can begin work as an administrator while earning this credential.

Through curriculum that blends embedded field experiences with conceptual knowledge of leadership and learning, candidates study the most effective ways to support learning objectives and address challenges. Program faculty teach from a Christian worldview and are experts in school administration, with many still active in the field.
