This nondegree course credit certificate program equips graduates to work in acute, primary, or long-term care settings in parent-child clinical areas such as pediatrics or obstetrics. The traditional Clinical Nurse Specialist roles of expert clinical practice, consultation, clinical leadership, research, and education are shaped toward providing deeper levels of patient care and improved outcomes as the CNS works in several spheres of influence.
