Traditional Undergraduate Major
This is a 4-year program for traditional undergraduate and transfer students offered at Azusa Pacific University’s main campus.
Shape the Future of Today’s Youth
Azusa Pacific’s youth and family ministries major prepares you to shape the future by influencing young people inside and outside the church. You’ll develop a personal philosophy of youth and family ministry based on your strengths and calling, and that philosophy then serves as the foundation for a concentration in church and pastoral ministries practices, intercultural Christian ministries, or ministry in urban and social service contexts. Graduates of this major leave APU prepared with the tools and experience they need in order to lead successful youth and family ministries.
You’re a Youth and Family Ministries Major if You:
- Sense God’s call to serve Him in ministry
- Desire to extend the Kingdom through the lives of adolescents
- Get energized by being around 11- to 18-year-olds and their families
Scholarships and Financial Aid
Did you know that 100% of APU undergraduate students receive financial aid? We’ll help put a meaningful education experience within your reach. Request info to find out more!
